Turf Surf and Stone will meet with you in person to develop an all inclusive plan to meet your expectations of your project. 

There are many steps to take a project from an idea to a reality, below are the steps that are normal encountered in the process

Consultative Phase

We begin our conversations over phone and/or email to learn about your hopes and dreams for the project. Following these conversations we will arrive on site to further discussions and understand your needs and desires. After our site meeting we will acquire pictures and dimensions of the site.

Design and Estimation Phase

Following discussions about the project we begin a comprehensive design process to produce an overall plan highlighting various elements and their placement throughout the project. Following a presentation of the plan we will make any revisions and create an estimate to budget for the completion of the project. Once a plan and budget have been approved we will collect a deposit to secure scheduling and materials.

Build phase

Once all necessary permitting is completed and down payment has been received. Crews will be scheduled to arrive on site. Throughout the project we will be available for any concerns or questions. Following completion of work a walk through will be scheduled with you to check off any final issues. Lastly, final payment will be due upon completion of walk through
